Bakhchisaraysky Kombinat Stroyindustria finalized a large-scale investment project: put a separator unit into operation at cement mill No. 5 of the Grinding department. The separator was commissioned as part of the technical re-equipment investment program at the enterprise. The total investment in the project amounted to about 190 million rubles.
The project was implemented in two years: preparatory works began in 2018, construction and installation were carried out in 2020, specialists began commissioning this summer. A comprehensive testing of the equipment under load was carried out, after which the separator was put into operation. The equipment was installed during the covid-related quarantine period. The professionalism of the company's employees and the information support of the supplier made it possible to set up the equipment as soon as possible. At present, the separator unit is operating normally.
Thanks to the transfer of cement mill No. 5 to a closed-circuit grinding, Bakhchisaraysky Kombinat Stroyindustria has now established the production of PC 500-D0 high-grade cement. The fineness of PC 500-D0 according to is 3750 cm2/g (Blaine), and the normal density of the cement paste is 28.75 %.
In April 2020, the company changed the design of the cement shipment bags. Now the tared products are supplied to consumers in white bags with the company logo and the cement brand. The enterprise produces CEM I 42.5N, CEM II/A-L 42.5N, CEM II/A-L 32.5N and PC 500-D0. Shipment is carried out in bulk and in 25-kg bags.
