‘Krichevcementnoshifer’ announced the liquidation of its branches in all regions of the country except for the Mogilev region. Now the enterprises should be reassigned to the Baranovichi Concrete Plant, owned by the Belarusian Cement Company. The decision to divest its assets outside of the Krichev district of the Mogilev region was made by the supervisory board of Krichevcementnoshifer on February 10.
The divestment procedure has been launched for:

‘Novopolotskzhelezobeton’ plant (Vitebsk region, the city of Novopolotsk);

‘Molodechnozhelezobeton’ plant (Minsk region, the city of Molodechno);
-
‘Rogachevzhelezobeton’ plant (Gomel region, the city of Rogachev);
-
and Precast Concrete Plant No. 3 in the city of Vitebsk.
Units will become subject to the concrete plant in the city of Baranovichi.
Krichevcementnoshifer, as well as the Baranovichi plant are legally subordinate to Belarusian Cement Company. In April of 2019, Baranovichi Concrete Plant absorbed the reinforced concrete products plant of Krichevcementnoshifer.
