Cement enterprises of the Republic of Belarus produced 2.26 million in H1 2020 (up by 1.3 % YoY). Cement production in June amounted to 463,500 tons (up by 0.6 % MoM). The production volumes of RMC, lime and gypsum also increased YoY.
In H1 2020, Belarus produced 874,900 m3 of RMC (up by 10.3 % YoY). RMC production in June amounted to 184,100 m3 (up by 2 % YoY). Lime production in H1 2020 increased by 2.4 % (up to 235,900 tons), and gypsum - by 64.6 % (up to 47,600 tons).
According to the results of 5M 2020, cement production in the republic was ahead of last year's figures by 3.9 %, and the Belarusian Cement Company (the country's primary, state-owned cement holding company) reported a 12.1 % increase in product sales.
