The plant's production capacities will be restored gradually: firstly, one cement production line is to be launched, then the second one, circular and packaging line projects are to be implemented. In addition to the existing production volumes of CEMROS Group, the plant will produce more than 400 thousand tons of cement per year. With the opening of Ulyanovskcement, more than 300 additional jobs will be created in the town of Novoulyanovsk, and the total staff numbers will increase as the project progresses.
Presently, Ulyanovskcement is actively preparing for the launch: the company is recruiting personnel, works are being carried out to restore the main process equipment, new machinery is being purchased, the necessary documentation for the development of deposits for raw material extraction is being registered, and the entire process chain is being tested in trial mode, starting from the quarry and ending with packaging and shipment. Modern electrostatic precipitators are installed at the plant to clean the air from dust and exhaust gases.
Now the electrostatic precipitators have undergone a full inspection control and are ready to ensure air purification in accordance with the current standards of environmental and ecological legislation.

One cement enterprise, which is part of the CEMROS holding, - Sengileevsky Cement Plant - has already been in operation in the Ulyanovsk region. The holding has been implementing a number of projects in the Sengileevsky district since 2022 as part of the program of integrated territorial development in areas of education, culture, sports, ecological and industrial tourism.
In the next 3 years, about 50 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of these projects in Sengileevsky district alone.
