Engineering surveys began at the site of the future cement plant in the city of Chusovskoy. Geological, geodesic, hydrometeorological and environmental surveys on a 78-hectare site are to be conducted by the company of a local businessman Yuri Startsev “Karier”. Earlier, the company received the status of a priority investment project for the future plant. The future enterprise belongs to another company of the same Startsev — "New Ground".
