The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) granted the petition of OOO Arkada Holding to acquire 100% of the voting shares of the developer Inteko. The corresponding decision was published in the FAS database.
OOO Arkada Holding was established in June this year. According to SPARK, 50% of the company is owned by the main shareholder of Uralchem and Uralkali, Dmitry Mazepin. Another 25% of Arkada Holding belongs to Felix Lyubashevsky, President and CEO of Integra Group, and Denis Izbrecht, Integra's Vice President for Business Development Projects.
It is noted that the main activity of OOO Arkada Holding is wholesale trade in solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and similar products.
Earlier, FAS Russia considered the petitions of the structures of four companies and made a decision on their satisfaction. These are OOO Samolet Int 1 (structure of the "Samolet" group), OOO Specialized developer “Second" and OOO Sminex Asset Management (structures of the developer Sminex), OOO "Logos" (presumably associated with the group "Region") and OOO "Arief".
