Funds for the development of the construction industry are being created in Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed today by the Head of State Alexander Lukashenko.
The document provides for the creation of republican and regional funds for the development of the construction industry for the period from September 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025. They will be formed at the expense of deductions in the amount of 1% of the cost of work performed by contractors of all forms of ownership.
The Development Fund of the Republic will be formed at the expense of deductions from the cost of work performed by contractors of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction. Regional funds - from the cost of work of other construction companies at the place of their registration.
Deductions will not be made from the cost of construction of residential buildings, engineering and transport infrastructure to residential areas (including individual ones), facilities at the expense of budgetary and equivalent funds.
Development funds will be used to develop the material and technical base of construction organizations, purchase construction equipment, vehicles, and technological equipment.
