From January to October, Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC (a subsidiary of Sibcem) produced 678 thousand tons of cement - 22.6% more than in the first ten months of 2022, shipped 676 thousand tons - 20.9% more than in the first ten months of 2022.
The company managed to increase production and sales volumes due to the growth of cement consumption, which is recorded in the Siberian Federal District and Krasnoyarsk Krai, as well as due to the launch of a new grinding department and commissioning a modern cement mill.
Today the company offers ten types of cement to consumers: six general construction cements and four cement for specific purposes. In the current construction season, the greatest demand is for Portland cement CEM I 42.5H used in the production of reinforced concrete products and in monolithic house construction.
The Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant regularly performs the equipment repair and maintenance program. RUB 836 million (excluding VAT) has already been allocated for these purposes this year.
A total of 708 million rubles is to be allocated for the re-equipment of the enterprise in 2023. Most of the funds have been allocated for the launch of a new grinding department with a modern cement mill of 4.0×13.5 meters in size, with a capacity of up to 100 tons of cement per hour, running in a closed cycle (with a separator), as well as facilities necessary for the stable functioning of the grinding department.
Moreover, a new unit of silos No. 1-4, equipped with four stations for loading bulk cement into vehicles, was put into operation. The system is equipped with automatic loading devices, which allow to significantly accelerate the loading process and avoid the emission of cement dust into the atmosphere. Loading of the vehicles is carried out directly at the scales to ensure high speed and accuracy of the procedure.
Improving the level of environmental safety of production remains a priority. In 2023, more than 25 million rubles have been allocated for the implementation of environmental projects of Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant. The company has 50 gas cleaning units, with an efficiency of 98-99%. In 2023, a system for collecting and treatment of storm water runoff from the territory of the new grinding department was put into operation. A clinker warehouse was completed, which eliminated dusting during storage and transportation of the product. The new silo unit is also equipped with the up-to-date aspiration systems.
The main sales market for the company is the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia. The plant's production is supplied for major infrastructure, industrial and housing construction projects.
