Sedrus, a dry mortars producer from Moscow is planning to commission a new plant in the Ulyanovsk region by the end of 2020. Investments in the project are estimated at about 650 million rubles. The initial production capacity will be 192,000 tons per year with a later expansion up to 360,000 tons of products per year. The region for the production site was chosen based on the availability of raw materials and qualified personnel, as per the company’s representatives.
The construction works began in 2018 with the commissioning originally planned for the end of 2019.
