After reconstruction of the warehouse of refractory materials and installation of a filling machine, on May 27th "Krichevcementnoshifer" launched a new processing line for packaging. Implementation of the project took less than a year: starting from July 2020, the idle equipment of the filling complex from the wet cement production site was dismantled at the plant, its revision, equipment and commissioning were carried out in the transport and packaging workshop. Total cost of work carried out was around 1,400 thousand Belarusian rubles.
Capacity of the new packing area is 40 tons of cement per hour. 10 thousand tons per hour will be shipped additionally, which will allow Krichevcementnoshifer to receive proceeds from sales in the amount of 1,750 thousand Belarusian rubles.
In the first quarter of 2021, the plant produced 331 thousand tons of cement, or 385 tons per employee. The growth rate over the same period in 2020 is 7%. The share of high-quality cement in the total volume of its production at the plant is 93%.
