PPC Zimbabwe has signed a memorandum of cooperation with an international engineering company, providing for the modernization of existing facilities, improvements in their operational efficiency and capacity, and the exploration of opportunities for further production expansion.
Under the agreement, the company plans to improve the efficiency and capacity of its existing assets, including the integrated cement plant in Colleen Bawn and two cement grinding units in Bulawayo and Harare.
Another area of cooperation will be the assessment of the feasibility of constructing a new integrated cement plant in the country.
