‘Gorny’ quarry facility of TimlyuyCement has a new addition to its fleet of heavy equipment. The old hydraulic excavator developing Tarakanovskoye deposit has been replaced with a new one, worth about 17.5 million rubles. The commissioning of a new machine with a bucket volume of 1.86 m3 made it possible to increase overall productivity and reduce the cost of end product.
‘Gorny’ facility is responsible for the uninterrupted supply of the main raw material in the production of cement, limestone, and the equipment must operate without downtime. The new excavator unit is characterized by a specifically high reliability and high profitability.
The machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, a pre-heater, a diesel engine with fuel equipment, which will reduce operating costs. The excavator’s cabin is a robust welded steel frame. All-round glazing, air conditioning and a comfortable seating guarantee a comfortable working environment for excavator operators.
By order of the specialists of the TimlyuyCement plant, the excavator was equipped with a hydraulic line for connecting a hydraulic hammer.
TimlyuiCement plant in the village of Kamensk, Kabansky District, Republic of Buryatia, is part of ‘Sibcem’. The design capacity of the enterprise is 800,000 tpa.
