TITAN Group increases revenue and profitability in 2025

TITAN Group has published its 2025 Integrated Annual Report, reporting growth across key financial metrics and continued M&A activity.

Sales reached 2.67bn EUR, up 6.4 % on a like-for-like basis. EBITDA increased by 9.3 % to 606m EUR. Net profit after tax amounted to 236m EUR, with earnings per share at 3.2 EUR, representing a 7.4 % year-on-year increase.

Operating free cash flow rose to 504m EUR, compared to 414m EUR in the previous year.

During the year, the Group signed agreements to acquire several cement assets, including Keystone Cement in the United States, Traçim Cement in Türkiye, and Vracs de l’Estuaire in France, with some of these transactions finalized in early 2026. TITAN also completed the sale of a stake in Adoçim in Türkiye.

The company reported that it had achieved the targets of its Growth 2026 strategic plan ahead of schedule and introduced its new «TITAN Forward 2029» strategy, targeting annual sales of €4bn and EBITDA of 1bn EUR.

According to the report, CO₂ emissions were reduced by 12 % compared to 2020 levels.
