UltraTech Cement reported strong financial results for the first quarter of FY27 (April–June 2026). Consolidated net sales increased by 16 % year-on-year to Rs. 24,465 crore, while net profit rose by 17 % to Rs. 2,604 crore.
Domestic cement sales volumes reached 39.2 Mt, up 13.1% from the same period last year. Capacity utilisation stood at 81 % based on an installed capacity of 200.1 Mt/yr in India.
During the quarter, the company also commissioned 20 MW of waste heat recovery (WHRS) capacity, increasing its total WHRS capacity to 434 MW. Green power accounted for 47 % of UltraTech's total electricity mix at the end of the quarter.
