On February 28, a new production enterprise, Trilithon reinforced concrete pile production plant, started operating in Spassk-Dalny, on the territory of Spassky Asbestos Cement Products Plant. The opening ceremony was attended by employees of the new plant, representatives of the Vostokcement group of companies, deputies, municipal authorities and partner enterprises.
The Trilithon piles are based on high-quality cement of Spasskcement. The location of the new plant in close proximity to the flagship of Vostokcement will allow for the prompt delivery of cement for the manufacture of concrete, from which piles are made in turn. In order to provide the company with concrete of the required quality, a new concrete mixing plant is provided.
The new plant will produce reinforced concrete piles of 20 types with a maximum length of up to 12 meters.
The production cycle of piles is a day and consists of preparing the mold, collecting the reinforcement frame, pouring it with a concrete mixture, as well as warming up the filled molds. The molds for pouring piles purchased from the Italian company Olmet, well-known in the field of production of such equipment, provide minimal trapezoidal shape. Heating is carried out not in common chambers, but in the molds themselves - due to the thermal frame, which contributes to a stable set of strength and improving the quality of the product. The plant has installed seven molds for making piles 30 centimeters wide and six for piles 35 centimeters wide. The length of each mold is 40 meters, which allows to produce several piles at once and produce up to 520 linear meters of finished products per day.
In addition, the new company plans to start the production of road slabs in the near future, as well as to launch the production of ready-mixed concrete both for its own technologies and for the needs of construction sites in Spassk-Dalny.
