Yakutcement has launched the production of narrow crushed stone, which is widely demanded in road construction. The plant offers nine new types of crushed stone for highways that meet all the requirements of GOST.
To launch new production, necessary components were purchased for the crushing complexes of the plant, and the equipment necessary for strict quality control of the new crushed stone at all stages of production – for the laboratory and the technical control department of the plant.
Industrial tests were carried out, which confirmed that the plant has successfully mastered the technology for the production of crushed stone in narrow fractions in accordance with the requirements of technical standard GOST 32703-2014. Road crushed stone is produced in different fractions from 4 mm to 63 mm. The plant received declarations of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulation “Safety of highways” of the Eurasian Economic Union for crushed stone of fractions 4–8 mm, 8–16 mm, 5.6–22.4 mm and 16–22.4 mm. This official document confirms that the products comply with all mandatory quality and safety requirements.
The products are used in road construction, overhaul and patching, reconstruction and maintenance of public highways, as well as in the production of asphalt concrete, reinforced concrete products and structures.
