The investment agreement on the construction of a "smart city" in Minsk was signed by the chairman of the Minsk city executive committee Vladimir Kukharev and the founder of Emaar Properties, Mohamed Ali Alabbar. The project, which is worth at least 10 billion rubles will be implemented until 2040 within the boundaries of - MKAD - Pobediteley Avenue - Orlovskaya str. - Tsnyanskoye reservoir.
Residential electro-homes, social facilities and public facilities will be built on the territory of the complex, including the buildings of the Minsk International Exhibition Center, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, and the Minsk World Trade Center. The Smart City will be provided with the most modern transport infrastructure, in particular, a metro line will be built. Belarusian builders will take an active part in the implementation of the project.
