In January-November 2020, 874,300 tons of cement were supplied to Russia from Belarus, which is 3.7 % more than in January-November 2019. The cost of import of Belarusian cement decreased by 8.4 % and amounted to US$ 42.6 million.
The three largest import partners of Russia in 11M 2020:
- Kazakhstan imported 276,700 tons to Russia, which is 12.8 % more than in 11 months of 2019. The cost of imports amounted to US$ 14.9 million, which is 3.2 % more than in January-November 2019;
- Turkey imported 82,300 tons of cement to Russia, which is 16 % less than in January-November 2019. The cost of imports amounted to US$ 7.4 million, which is 18.2 % less than in 11 months of 2019.
- Kazakhstan purchased 629,000 tons of cement worth US$ 51.9 million, which is 20.8 % and 88.9 % more than in 11M 2019, respectively;
- Belarus purchased 432,600 tons of cement worth US$ 2 million, which is 36.5 % and 21 % more than in 11M 2019, respectively.
