Freight One Will Provide Freight Forwarding Service for North Caucasus Railways Customers

As part of its customer service improvement, Freight One has introduced freight forwarding services to its customers at the North-Caucasian Railway (NCR).

“Now the Rostov branch of Freight One, in addition to providing high-quality rolling stock, provides the client with full supervisory control and is responsible for interaction with the North Caucasus Railways. In turn, the Regional Non-Metallic Company, having assessed the service and quality of the processes, multiplied its shipments via Freight One's wagons H1 2020”, said Vadim Zhukov, director of the Rostov branch.

In July, Freight One also began to expand cooperation with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, in particular through the sales of cement hopper trucks on the electronic trading platform ETP GP.

Freight One is the largest privately-owned railroad operator in Russia. The company provides a full range of services for the transportation of goods. Freight One manages over 109,000 units of rolling stock, including open wagons, tanks, platforms and other types of wagons.
