Golukhinsky Cement Resumes Operation After Series of Modernizations and Ownership Change

Golukhinsky Cement plant in the Zarinsky District of the Altai Territory finally resumes operations after the completion of the first stage of the enterprise modernization and infrastructure development. Investments in the project amounted to about RUB 500 million. The enterprise plans to produce 60,000 tons of cement before the year ends, and reach the annual production volume of 300,000 tons in 2021, boosting the number of jobs at the enterprise to 500. The raw materials base is enough to provide the production of cement for more than 60 years.

Repairs and modernizations began at Golukhinsky Cement in December 2019. Apart from the modernization of technological facilities, the road infrastructure from the village of Golukha to the regional urban center, the city of Zarinsk, was repaired, and local landfill were all eliminated. The new owner of the plant, Roman Puzanov, plans to invest about RUB 2 billion to launch a new production line in the future.

The sales market of the Golukhinsky Cement plant is not limited to the Altai Territory. The enterprise is able to supply products to Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk regions, as well as to Khakassia.
