In January-June 2020, the enterprises of Tajikistan produced 198,000 m3 of ready-mixed concrete, up by 26.2 % YoY. At the same time, the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures decreased by 23.7 % YoY, down to 5,800 m3. The production of reinforced concrete slabs decreased by 6.5 % YoY, down to 30,100 m2.
H1 2020 also saw an increase in housing construction. The total area of residential buildings commissioned in January-June increased by 16 % YoY, up to 468,000 m2.
