Construction of a new integrated cement plant with a capacity of 3.0 Mta and a 6000 tpd kiln has already started in Kalaburagi, formerly known as Gulbarga, in Karnataka. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2028.

In parallel, the company plans to develop a new fly ash blending and grinding unit in the Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh. The capacity and timeline of the project have not yet been disclosed.
