Krasnoselskstroymaterialy Gets Loan of 361,000 Belarusian Rubles

The largest producer of building materials in the Republic of Belarus, Krasnoselstroymaterialy receives a loan of 361,4 thousand Belarusian rubles ($ 162.3 thousand). The issuer is a state-owned bank ‘ASB Belarusbank’. The company announced it will commence repairs and a new production line using RDF fuel.

Krasnoselstroymaterialy is part of the Belarusian Cement Company state-owned holding company. The company owns all three full-cycle cement enterprises in the country. Belarusbank is 99% state-owned and is the largest banking organization in the republic.

The bank’s decision to issue a loan of 361.4 thousand Belarusian rubles to Krasnoselskstroymaterialy became positive in September last year. The value of the company's assets was estimated at 875.6 thousand Belarusian rubles.

Krasnoselskstroymaterialy is currently amid the repairs and modernization process: lining replacement; buying new technological equipment, repairing facilities’ structures, roads; new conveyor belts and drums. In February, Krasnoselskstroymaterialy set to build a clinker production line running on RDF fuel.

Krasnoselskstroymaterialy company operates a cement plant with a capacity of 1.6 million tpa. Apart from cement, the plant produces dry-mixes, limestone, fine-grained chalk, aerated concrete blocks, asbestos-cement sheets and pipes. Primary consumers of Krasnoselskstroymaterialy are construction companies in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine and Moldova.
