New Lime and Dry Mixture Plant Launched in Orenburg Region, Russia

"Novotroitsk soda plant" was launched in Orenburg Region with the support of the local government. The enterprise is designed to produce over 150,000 tons of dry mixtures, 100,000 tons of building lime and 100,000 tons of soda ash annually.

The launch of the plant is intended to solve one of the main problems of Novotroitsk - a shortage of jobs, of which more than 400 will appear at the new plant. Funds for the construction of the plant were allocated by the Single-industry Towns Development Fund. The fund also financed the construction of a road infrastructure adjacent to the enterprise allocating RUB 54 million.

“All organizational, design and field works on the construction of the plant took a little over two years. This is a relatively short time to go from an idea to its implementation. Everyone was interested in the project — the city, the region, the investor, partners and, of course, the residents of Novotroitsk Industrial Park here. The Orenburg region has created attractive organizational and financial conditions within the park. The city provided land and access to various communications, and provided substantial support in the work with legal documents. The Single-industry Towns Development Fund issued a targeted loan of RUB 1 billion for the construction of the plant and helped solve a serious infrastructure problem — the lack of access roads,” said the governor of the region Denis Pasler.

One of the enterprises on the territory of the Novotroitsk Industrial Park in the city of Novotroitsk, Orenburg Region accommodating the industry is Novotroitsk Refractory Company.
