Serebryansky Cement Plant Improves Shipments by Road via Electronic Document Management

Serebryansky Cement Plant introduced the use of electronic document management [rus. ETRN] system for cement shipments by road. The use of ETRN for road shipments makes Serebryansky Cement Plant the first enterprise in the Russian construction industry to switch to electronic waybills.

Electronic waybills will reduce the time required for processing and delivery of documents, allow for faster document editing and reissuing, and reduce loading times. The system will make the workflow more transparent, reduce the labor costs of the dispatch service, operators and storekeepers.

Partners connected to the system will receive priority in loading queues at the Serebryansky Cement Plant.

The ETRN system at the plant operates on the basis of the Synerdocs service. When using ETRN, the shipper creates an invoice in the service, signs it using an electronic signature and sends the document to the driver and consignee. The driver signs the waybill upon acceptance and delivery of the cargo using an electronic signature via Viber, or SMS. The consignee and the transport company sign the waybill with a qualified electronic signature certificate. Documents are processed in real time, and cannot be damaged or lost.
