Asia Cement Plant Expands its Assortment of Cements for Waterproof Concrete Production

The Asia Cement plant in the Nikolsky district of the Penza region expanded its product range with a new brand of cement shipped in bulk. This type of Portland cement has high water resistance, increased crack resistance and resistance to soft and mineralized waters, the company said.

Portland cement CЕМ II/A-S 42.5N [GOST 31108-2016] is produced with the addition of blast furnace granulated slag (21% to 35%). The new type of product has passed all the necessary tests and certifications, according to Asia Cement representatives. CЕМ II/A-S 42.5N is suitable for the production B10, B15, B22.5, B25 grades of concrete and mortars.

Cement of a similar brand is effective in the production of sulphate resistant reinforced concrete products, and structures subjected to heat and moisture.

“It is also used in monolithic and marine construction,” says technical engineer of concrete production at Asia Cement Plant.

Asia Cement is a dry-process cement plant with a capacity of about 2 million tpa. The enterprise ships in bulk and 25/40/50 kg bags.
